This is a Special Request Form to enable us get you the particular type of property you want, just in case it is not presently available on our list. With Specific Request, you just give us the full particulars of the type of property you need. And we will work on this and revert to you soonest.
Please note that a non-refundable professional fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) shall be demanded in all cases, to ensure that only serious-minded people use this form. Note further that clients who use this form shall be given priorty consideration in their property requests.
